Wnioski wyciągnąłem i będę wyciągał nadal.

Co dalej? Robić zdjęcia. Podglądać prace innych. Wielkich. Znanych. Ale nie kopiować. Poszukiwać własnego stylu. Wierzyć i ufać swojej intuicji.
Zgłosiłem swoje zdjęcia do konkursu:

"Hi Arkadiusz,

Thanks for entering the Emerging Talent Awards 2017!

We're looking forward to seeing your work and strongly encourage you to submit your entry soon. Remember, you can make changes to your entry all the way up to the październik 17, 2017 deadline—so there's no reason to delay in submitting! By entering your work now, you will increase your chances of getting immediate exposure through our Competition Gallery and various social media channels.
Also, we have great news for you! Just by entering a series in the Emerging Talent Awards 2017, you are eligible to get a free Submission Review! Our team of experienced photo editors, gallerists, curators, publishers, critics, consultants, educators, and other industry professionals will write a thoughtful review of your submitted photos plus provide more general recommendations for improving your practice. We strongly recommend that you join the thousands of photographers who have taken advantage of this opportunity:

Giving personal submission reviews is an extraordinary gift to photographers and worth every penny of the entrance fee alone. Congratulations for staying the course, focussing on the artists and for giving us something truly valuable in return for our hard earned cash. —Christopher Kennedy

The reviewer saw things in my photographs that I had no idea how to put into words. I wish I had the critical language to discuss my own photos (much less someone else's) in this way. The reviewer also saw things I did not see, and was able to express weaknesses that I knew were there, but couldn't quite pinpoint. Incredibly useful. Thank you! - Andrew Schulman

The moment I saw this opportunity to receive a review of my submissions, I decided to go for it, for the sole reason of getting feedback on where my photography stands in the eyes of a respected professional. I couldn't have expected a more honest and sincere guidance. These suggestions will help me present more creative works to the world. I don't think I can thank enough the Lensculture team and reviewers." - Dipankar Das

This is the most thoughtful and useful feedback I have received on the series so far. Worth every dollar and second invested in submitting for the competition. I really appreciate it. I look forward to more interaction like this. — Enrique A. Samson

I appreciate the thorough review and am excited to incorporate the comments into the project. I’ve shown this project many times to many people and I believe that a written commentary ends up being more detailed and meaningful than an oral discussion. I also value the recommended books. This is a great service provided by LensCulture and I hope that you continue offering it to your audience. — Douglas J. Eng

Thank you again for entering the Emerging Talent Awards 2017. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions—you can just reply to this email. You will also receive a confirmation email after you have completed your submission.

Cheers and good luck!

Z pokorą i lekką obawą pozdrawiam,
Arkadiusz Kopciuch
